Passed away peacefully on Sunday 22nd April 2018.
Aged 91 Years.
Dearly loved Husband of Alice (dec’d). Loved Father and Father-In-Law of John & Karen, Jack & Diane, Fran & Warren, Bert & Val, Ron & Jennie, Ann & Kim and Peter & Trudi.
Adored Grandfather of 18 and Great Grandfather of 24.
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Jack’s Funeral Service at St Joseph’s Catholic Church Biloela, Commencing at 10am, Friday 27th April 2018. Followed by Interment at the Biloela Lawn Cemetery.
